Stuffplug-NG is a Windows Live Messenger/MSN Messenger addon which gives users a ton of extra features. Features include Polygamy, Oversized Emoticons and Display Pictures, CE/DP Stealer, and lots more!
The author lists some of these extra functions on their web site:
- Actiontext - With the introduction of Windows Live Messenger 8 a new message type was introduced too. You can now show messages in the conversation window just like the messenger notes! You can scare and amaze your friends with any message, and they won't even know it was you!
- Block Talking - Have you ever gotten sick and tired of a contact constantly talking to you, but you couldn't block him or her because you needed to talk to him every now and then? With StuffPlug's blocktalk, you can block them and still be able to talk to them when you need them!
- MSN Content stealer - The content stealer allows you to steal virtually anything from your contacts. You can get their display pictures (even the dynamic ones), custom emoticons, and winks.
- Status Conversation Icons - This allows for quick spotting or multiple-user conversations, or offline contacts.
Compatibility and License
StuffPlug-NG is provided under a freeware license on Windows from instant messaging software with no restrictions on usage. Download and installation of this PC software is free and 3.5 is the latest version last time we checked.
What version of Windows can StuffPlug-NG run on?
StuffPlug-NG can be used on a computer running either Windows 8 or Windows 7. Newer versions of the operating system like Windows 11 and Windows 10 should work but are not completely supported. It runs on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems with no dedicated 64-bit download provided.
